What people think of Elite Towing & Recovery

We got our car stolen and we weren't getting many answers from the police department so we called elite towing back and I was shocked at how annoyed the clerk seemed to be of our situation. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I'd assume she would sympathize on the fact our car was stolen, but instead gave me horrible "customer service" we hope that once we recover our vehicle we won't ever have to talk to that rude lady again. Maybe she was having an off day? Who knows still not a good reason to treat people unkindly.

I was stuck on the side of the road and AAA didn\'t have a truck big enough to help me out, so I called Elite. Not only did they have a truck that was big enough to help me out, but they were also very courteous, professional, and true to their word. Thanks Elite.

I was in need of a tow and my insurance company referred me to Elite Towing. I am glad they did, I not only used them once, but twice now. The gentleman that helped me was very neat in appearance, very clean and very professional. I was very pleased to watch him load my truck and secure it, I felt confident right there that he had put safety first for himself and my vehicle. Great job Elite Towing! I will continue to call you for all my towing needs.
